Lakeland, FL / January 10, 2026 / BPALiveWire - At a time when clarity, courage, and principled leadership are urgently needed, Ladies Who Lead E(xx)change invites women from across the country to gather for a meaningful day of conversation, connection, and leadership formation rooted in faith, family, and public responsibility.
Hosted in partnership with Run Gen Z, the event will feature keynote remarks from Janice Trey, Board Chair of The Epoch Times and NTD. A respected leader with a global perspective, Trey is known for her commitment to truth, integrity, and freedom. Her keynote will set the tone for the day, calling women to lead with conviction, discernment, and moral courage in a complex and divided cultural moment.
A Gathering for Women Who Lead with PurposeLadies Who Lead E(xx)change brings together women who are actively shaping culture—in their families, communities, churches, and public life. The program is designed for women who value thoughtful dialogue, serious leadership, and faith-informed engagement. Throughout the day, participants will hear from national and state leaders working across policy, education, media, advocacy, and business.
In addition to the keynote, featured speakers include Hon. Jennifer Carroll, former Lieutenant Governor of Florida; Mrs. Lisa B. Nelson, Chief Executive Officer of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC); and Dr. Susan MacManus, USF Distinguished Professor Emerita.
Faith, Family, and the Heart of Culture Panel conversations will explore timely and substantive themes such as faith and civil discourse, generational leadership, and navigating difficult conversations with confidence and grace. Rather than avoiding hard topics, Ladies Who Lead E(xx)change creates space for honest, respectful, and substantive discussion—demonstrating that strong leadership and gracious engagement belong together.
A Call to Lead with Courage and Clarity The afternoon will conclude with a High Tea and Fireside Chat, followed by a closing call to action focused on service, stewardship, and leadership across generations. Adam Pennings, Executive Director of Run Gen Z, will highlight the organization’s mission to equip emerging leaders who are prepared to engage culture thoughtfully and courageously.
More Than an Event Ladies Who Lead E(xx)change is more than a conference. It is a gathering for women who believe leadership is a calling—to serve faithfully, speak truthfully, and lead courageously in every sphere of influence. Designed to foster meaningful exchange rather than performative politics, the event invites women to listen, learn, and lead together, anchored in shared values and a hopeful vision for the future.
