The Douglass Leadership Institute (DLI) is proud to announce Juneteenth Jubilee, a celebration that commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States. The event will be held on June 19 at Tyson's Corner Marriott in Tysons, Virginia. Each year the event offers an inspiring and engaging experience.
Juneteenth Jubilee will feature live music by national recording artist and pianist Kevin Howard and special remarks from Bishop Dean Nelson, the National Chairman of the Douglass Leadership Institute.
DLI's mission is to educate, equip, and empower faith-based leaders to embrace and apply biblical principles to their lives and in the marketplace. The organization's tailored programs, with a specific focus on the Black community, aim to excite, inform, and activate participants across the country, fostering positive community change.
